Frequently Asked Questions

Each specific grade gets it’s own color:

0 – 9.0 Blue Label

9.2 – 9.4 Black and Silver Label

9.6 – 9.8 Black and Gold Label

9.9 & 10.0 Full Gold Label Label

The comic will be slapped in a high quality case and afterwards sealed in a special plastic slab.

Just in case we need to store your submission for a small amount of time, all comics are stored in a fire proof safe that is also well-insured.

Prepare your comic books for the shipping process.

Make sure your comics are securely packed and covered for all types of damaging that can occur during the transport.

We will also recommend to assure your shipping.

Once we have received your package, we will open it on camera to make sure it has arrived safely.

Our turnaround makes sure that you will receive your submission within a specific time frame.

If we don’t make it in time, your submission is on us.

It depends on your selected shipping method and location.

It usually takes 1-2 days within Germany, 2-5 days within Europe and 5-10 days to the US.
